The Still Point Practice
Inner Work. Outer Ripples
Practical reflections for a calmer, more intentional life
A quieter place to begin
Much of life is spent looking outside ourselves—for answers, certainty, happiness, even Serenity. The Still Point Practice is an invitation to look in another direction: inward.
Through practical reflections drawn from ordinary life and time-tested spiritual wisdom, we explore what gets in the way of that quieter voice within—and what happens when we make space for it.
What Do I Actually Do Here?
Notice
Pay attention to what is happening within you—your reactions, expectations, fears, attachments, and the stories you tell yourself.
Make Space
Create enough quiet between what happens and how you respond to hear something deeper than the usual noise.
Carry it into life
The practice is not meant to stay in meditation, prayer, or reflection. It is meant to change how we move through work, relationships, disappointment, uncertainty, and ordinary life.
Recent Reflections
Sometimes the things that look easiest are the hardest to handle. A volleyball game offers an unexpected lesson about our judgments, the limitations we all share, and how a little more compassion can bring greater peace into our lives.
